《木工入门》是 Old Hand Books（Read Books Ltd. 旗下）2019 年汇编出版的《The Handyman’s Book of Woodworking》，主体为 Paul Nooncree Hasluck（1854–1931）编订的《Woodwork for Beginners》，卷首另有一篇木工通史导读。原书共 11 章，从几何工具讲到简易实例，是面向初学者的手工具木工读物。

Hasluck 生于澳大利亚，久居英国，曾任 Institution of Sanitary Engineers 秘书，编辑过《Work and Building Illustrated》等刊物，著有《Lathe-Work》等大量实用手册，以编写面向普通读者的实用技术读物闻名。

卷首导读是一篇木工通史，从新石器时代木工讲到斯堪的纳维亚平刻、非洲与大洋洲木雕，并梳理车床从埃及双人车床到弹簧杆车床的演变，兼及 bodger（使用 Pole lathe 制作椅腿的匠人）一词的词源。
